This solution gives you full candidate attraction, marketing and shortlisting, with in-depth profiles, original CVs, interview arrangement, feedback, and offer management handled for you. For a fixed fee of £900 + VAT, you also get unlimited access to a real human hiring expert, and you only pay once we’ve introduced at least three suitably experienced candidates for your peace of mind.
Traditional Agency Hire | 16%
Traditional Agency Hire gives you a full search, selection and shortlist service with pro-active, targeted sourcing of pre-screened, interviewed and fully briefed candidates who are genuinely motivated to move. We manage interviews, offers and post-acceptance follow up, with a 16% fee only payable* on successful placement.
Shared Risk Search | 6 Month Fee Split / Milestone
Shared Risk Search gives you a full search, selection and shortlist service with proactive, targeted sourcing of pre-screened, interviewed and fully briefed candidates, plus full interview, offer and post-acceptance management. The fee is split into 10% on placement and 10% after 6 months’ retention with the second 10% waived if the candidate leaves within 6 months*
Senior & Specialist (Exec) | 25%
Our Senior & Specialist (Executive) Search is a premium, consultative service where we define the role, align on competencies and culture, map the market, and engage both passive and active executive-level talent, delivering a carefully curated shortlist with detailed insights. For a 25% fee payable only on successful placement*. We manage negotiations, offers, compensation advice, onboarding planning and post-placement follow-up to ensure a smooth, long-term hire.
Contract & Temporary Talent Solutions
Contract Talent Solutions gives you fast access to vetted logistics talent on flexible contracts, ideal for covering peaks, projects, holidays or sudden gaps without adding permanent headcount. We handle the compliance, admin, smooth onboarding and regular check-ins, with a simple 20% mark-up on the agreed hourly or day rate for a quick, hassle-free turnaround.
Consulting & Advisory Services On Demand – £varied / neg.
Our Consulting & Advisory Services on Demand give you flexible, expert support across workforce planning, salary benchmarking, DEI, talent market mapping, employer branding, RPO and HR consultancy, all tailored to the logistics sector. Pricing is variable and agreed per project, so you get bespoke, commercial advice exactly where you need it.
